Does anyone here want to be Pen Friends with me, through snail mail? All of my pen friends have kinda of quit..I'm missing writing letters!! I love snail mail and I love writing! :)

Hey everyone!
Not much happened today; just a normal busy day. ;)
Kerstin decided to take the job in Bakersfield, CA. She starts on the 5th. I wish she could stay home for just a tad bit longer, but that's ok. She's close enough so she could visit home now and then :)
Today it was really hot. It was 100 degrees; it hasn't been that hot in a LOONNGG time! And SUmmer is nearly over..strange, oh well! I'm certainly not ready for Winter anyway! :D
My friend in FL called me the other day. It was so nice to talk to her. I love calling friends. I love to talk ;) Although I feel like I'm pretty boring company...;) Anyway, yeah.

Hey everyone! :D
I've been working on making my journal a bit fancier.. :) I'm not finished yet though.. ;)
I changed all my user pictures finally. :) I was getting a bit tired of my other ones..
Oh, I trimmed my hair a few days ago. Actually, Kerstin did it before she left. She cut about 2 inches off. I like it this length and I think I will keep like this :)
We had thunder storms today. We also had 3 rainbows! One was a full rainbow! That was nice to see...
I better go!

I think it's about time I should update this ;) It's funny because almost everyone I know on LJ is addicted to it, but I just don't get addicted ;) LOL! Maybe it's a good thing.. but I usre do get addicted to Message boards.. LOL! *winks*
Me and my mom just made a fruit smoothie. It was soo good! Here's the recipe: ~
1 Banana
8 frozen Peaches
Ice cubes
Pineapple juice to blend.
Place in a Blender. Add PineApples juice; just enough to blend. Blend until smooth and slushy. Enjoy! :)
Ya'll should try it sometime! It's better than Ice cream even!
I am trying to knit a hat for my little brother. I have been working on it for like 1 month. I need to finish it.... I just haven't had the time lately. Someday I would like to knit some things to sell. Likes book-marks, hats, scarfs, etc. I would also like to knit things and send it to kids over-seas.
My couisn's wedding is on July 3rd. Me, my mom, and 1 of my sisters are going up there for it. I am really excited because I will get to see grandma again! I haven't seen her in over 3 years. :-(
We just finished some canning. My mom made strawberry Jam. We didn't grow the starawberries, we got a big thing of them for a good deal, from some friends. We will proabaly do more canning when out peaches and apricots get ripe. Canning is fun; for a while anyway. ;)
I might change my username to Miss Kerine.. I'm not sure. What do ya all think?
I think this is the longest Journal entry I've done yet!! LOL!

Greetings from COld, rainy, CA! Again!
It is soo cold and rainy! It has been raining all day, plus yesterday.
Not much has happened since last time I posted. Tomorrow is Wed. Prayer Meeting at church. We ae studying a book on witnessings. It tells you how to properly do Bible Sudies, and other things. I am enjoying the book. :)I like doing door-to-door work, but I don't get to do it very much. :-( The first time I did it I got a lot of doors slammed in my face. I do hope I can go again sometime soon.
Well, i guess that's all! God Bless and Keep looking ever upward!!!!!!!!

Hello!
Greetings to you from Rainy CA! It is raining here! I can't believe it is fall already! I wish Summer would last a little longer. Summer is my favorite season but I like winter too, because of the snow, but we hardly get any and if we do it usually doesn’t stick. :-(
Then again, I guess I do like the fall too. After we are done our work, when it is raining, we have a cozy evening. :-) But we have so many animals it takes a LONG time before we done.
I am enjoying my journal! I hope everyone is having fun looking at it:-) (If anyone is at all!! LOL!)
I guess I better go! I really should be practicing my flute. I need to learn how to play, "Come all ye, faithful" before Christmas. I plan to play that song at church before Christmas.
Anyone read an good books lately? I am reading, God Smuggler. It’s a great book! It’s about a boy who grew up I Holland as a non-Christian, went in to the military, and there he got into and drinking, and later in life he have his heart to Jesus and answered the call of God to “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel”. His ministry grew largely through the years and it is now known by, Open Doors USA.
Well, I guess I better go! God Bless!

Hi!
Well, this is kinda a test post to find out how to work this thing and Journal Entry too! *LOL*
I went to church today and we also stayed for the pot-luck. My church is very small - only 4 families come regularly. We meet in a house, that no one is using. Our pastor only comes every 3 months because he pastors 2 churches. So, the families take turns doing the service every week. My family does it once a month. I like helping out.
Well, I gotta run, but I hope you will enjoy my journal! :)
